built two advanced telecommunications satellites for JSAT and NTT
DoCoMo of Japan that carry some of the most versatile payloads in
orbit. Each features five communications payloads operating in four
frequency bands. Launched in 1995 and 1996, the N-Star satellites
provide a variety of fixed and mobile services.
