Functions of the job include performing a variety of financial and administrative duties associated with budgeting, forecasting, business modeling, cost estimating and performance analysis. Will provide financial and general business assistance to line managers responsible for designing and building large, state-of-the-art satellites. Specific duties include:

- Analysis of Estimates
- Manpower Forecasting
- Variance Analysis
- Cost Control
- Authorization of Expenditures
- Milestone Billings Forecasts
- Capital Expenditure Requests
