Opportunities in Business/Materiel
The position will assist procurement personnel in the collection and evaluation of supplier products, services and prices.
Essential functions of the job:
- Assists with the preparation and closure of procurement documentation
- May solicit quotations and place purchase order with suppliers for materials and services of minimal complexit
- May assist in the development of requests for quotations, supplier proposal evaluations, and administration of procurements
- May coordinate proposal input including supplier bid data and procurement labor estimates
- May follow-up on delivery status
- Specific additional assignment with close supervision
To fill Business Administration positions, Space Systems Loral is seeking candidates with a BA/BS in Business Administration, engineering, or a related field. Up to one year related experience is desirable. Familiarity with computer systems is required.
